Aarhus offers many accommodation options, suitable for all budgets. AirBnB is also an option. Hotels in the city center are easily accessible by public transportation and most hotels are located within walking distance of the conference venue.
For TCC 2025, we have secured a limited numbers of rooms at the following hotels. The listed prices are adjusted by the hotels and thus can be subject to change. Bookings are handled directly with each hotel and we kindly ask you to observe specific deadlines and cancellation policies.
Scandic the Mayor ***
Attendees may secure rooms at Scandic the Mayor (located next to the train station; 16 min walk from venue) using our booking code. This code is active immediately; please book as early as possible to ensure availability. Negotiated conference rate: DKK 842, including breakfast.
