Financial Support
For each accepted paper, one student author presenting the paper will be entitled to a registration fee waiver. To claim your waiver, please email Malene Andersen with your paper details and your name by October 17th. Use "TCC 2025 Student Speaker Waiver" as the subject.
Student Stipends
We have a limited number of stipends available for students who are unable to obtain funding to attend the conference. Students in underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply.
Applications for stipends will be processed on a rolling basis as they are received. Please note that additional sponsorship may become available, or cancellations may free up additional stipend funds later on.
To request funding, please send an email to Malene Andersen with the subject line "TCC 2025 Travel Grant Letter for (applicant name)" along with the following information:
- if applicable, a description of previous IACR funding for travel, including amounts for appropriate conferences;
- an explanation as to why you need funding; and
- an explanation of what you hope to achieve by attending TCC 2025
- Additionally, the student's advisor or institution must provide a letter via email explaining why the stipend is needed.
Stipend applications must be received by October 17th, 2025. Students awarded stipends will receive further information on how travel reimbursements will be processed.
